I enjoy supporting and working with adolescents, parents, and adults of all ages and diverse backgrounds. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach because I have learned that everyone is different; I consider everyone’s personal background – biological, psychological, and sociocultural – as well as their values and beliefs to tailor interventions and strategies.
When supporting clients, I begin by creating a safe environment that promotes respect, trust, and collaboration. My passion is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, life transitions (immigration, grief), stress/burnout, relational dynamics, intolerance of uncertainty, school stressors, work stressors and many more. My therapy approach is strength-based and person-centred, drawing on modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy, Attachment Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Self-Compassion-Based Therapy and Emotion-Focused Therapy.
